国内外行业中服务人员的对比–一封来自google的mail开始

因为购买godaddy的虚拟主机的关系，得到了25美金的Google AdWords，因为没用过，所以启用的最后没有提交账单信息。然后google给我发来了第一封mail：

Hello,
We noticed that you haven’t started running your AdWords ads yet. You are just minutes away from showing your ads on Google to searchers interested in what you have to offer. To start receiving more visitors to your website, activate your account by following these steps:
1. Sign in to your AdWords account at http://services.google.com/marketing/links/us-awalogin
2. Select the ‘My Account’ tab.
3. Click ‘Billing Preferences.’
4. Submit your billing information to activate your account and start advertising with Google.

我没有理他们，然后两周后，google来了第二封mail：

虽然带有很明显的让你使用Google AdWords 的诱导性，但是我看后对这样的mail却丝毫没有厌恶的情绪，相反反而有相当的好感。让我们再来看看我与国内某虚拟主机提供商的QA，背景是该服务商随意改动机器组件配置导致我的程序乱码：

Ｑ：

1,控制面板无法打开数据库管理界面
2,minidx.com原本采用UTF8编码，目前访问都变成了乱码，之前一直正常，另外也排除了minidx.com网站系统本身的问题，最早转移到ＸＸＸ的时候有过这个问题，那时是因为原先的数据库编码不是UTF8的，后来全部数据都做过处理，全部正常了。我这边没有动过相关配置，不知道为什么现在不正常了？ＸＸＸ的数据多长时间备份一次的？因为目前无法访问数据库控制面板，所以没办法确定是什么原因造成的，能否先让我可以查看数据库面板?

Q是我提的问题，A是服务商的回答。上面的类似的QA还有40几个，让我觉得自己是在付钱并且祈求服务商办事情，两者对比一下，是否可以让我们稍微明白一点，为什么中国的廉价制造业可以涌向世界的各个角落，但是服务业却连国内市场都无法满足的问题呢？
