Flex.org屏蔽中国IP？

很奇怪的现象，通过Flex.org打开http://www.stage.adobe.com/cfusion/communityengine/index.cfm?event=showdetails&productId=2&postId=12507这样的地址，就会出现：
Access denied
We’re sorry, you are not allowed access to the service you requested.
If you feel you should have access, please contact the appropriate authorities and give them your IP address: 58.37.194.157

这样的字眼，但是直接访问cook book貌似没什么问题，很奇怪的现象。。。先截图一张，纪念一下。
